In order to re-activate people who had previously engaged with products on the website we decided to retarget users using a product feed to reintroduce them to products they had seen before or ones they might be interested in. To avoid the familiar slideshow approach, we chose to be completely transparent letting users know they were being re-targetted, but in a daring, playful tone attune to the brand.
